The Pinkleaf Pow-wow is a 90-minute strategic planning session designed to bring focus, structure, and direction to your business—without asking you to abandon your creativity, your values, or your capacity. This session is for business owners who are already in motion. Already creating. Already serving. Already carrying responsibility. What you need isn’t motivation or more ideas. You need a clear plan that matches the season you’re actually in. Together, we take what’s swirling and shape it into strategy. Then we turn that strategy into action you can execute—without burning yourself out. Who This Is For The Pinkleaf Pow-wow is for creative, service-based business owners who: • Are holding multiple ideas, offers, or initiatives and need help deciding what matters now • Want their marketing to reflect the heart, integrity, and philosophy behind their work • Are preparing to launch, relaunch, or promote something and don’t want to guess their way through it • Are tired of reacting and ready to move with intention You don’t need more ideas. You need a clear direction for the ones you already have. What We’ll Work On Each Pow-wow is customized, but our work often includes: • Clarifying your core message and how it should show up in your marketing • Translating your ideas, values, or creative philosophy into language your audience understands • Creating a simple, repeatable promotional plan you can return to • Mapping upcoming seasons, events, or offers into a realistic strategy • Identifying next steps that respect your energy, timeline, and priorities The goal is clarity and structure, not overwhelm. What You’ll Walk Away With Within three business days, you’ll receive: • A written strategic debrief with key insights and decisions • A clear, prioritized action plan you can immediately use • The audio recording of our session for reference This isn’t theoretical. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy When you book a session, we reserve that time just for you. If you need to cancel: We require at least 72 hours’ written notice prior to your scheduled session. If that’s received, we’re happy to reschedule your session within 30 days of the original date at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of your payment and deposit. If we need to cancel: In the rare event that Pink Leaf Consulting must cancel, we’ll notify you as soon as possible in writing and reschedule at the next mutually agreed-upon date within 30 days. Refunds are not available. We deeply value your time and we ask that you honor ours in return.
