Cancellation/Refunds
If cancellation becomes necessary and is done in writing at a minimum of 72 hours prior to our scheduled session we will rebook your session with 30 days of the original date at no additional fee, otherwise all payments and deposits are forfeited. If cancellation is necessary and PLC needs to cancel we will advise in writing as soon as possible. We will rebook, the next mutually agreed upon date within a 30 day time period. Refunds are not available,
