A 60-minute strategic conversation for established boutique hospitality and experience-driven businesses ready to uncover where more revenue may be hiding in what they’ve already built. Together, we’ll step back, examine what’s happening in your business, and identify the opportunities and priorities that deserve your attention. If deeper work is warranted, we’ll determine whether the 45-Day Foundation or 90-Day Full Scope Advisory is the right next step.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy Booking & Payment: When you book a service with Pink Leaf Consulting (PLC), time is reserved specifically for you. If a deposit is required to secure your appointment, the remaining balance must be paid no later than three business days before your scheduled session. Failure to pay the outstanding balance by this deadline may result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of amounts paid. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, written notice must be received at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. With the required notice, you may reschedule your session once, subject to availability. The replacement session must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 72 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or complimentary rebooking. All payments made toward the booking will be forfeited. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments Clients who arrive more than nine minutes late to their scheduled session forfeit the appointment. In lieu of the live session, the advisor will email the session notes and action items that would have been discussed. Missed appointments without prior notice are also considered forfeited. Forfeited appointments are not eligible for refunds or complimentary rebooking. PLC-Initiated Cancellations If PLC needs to cancel a scheduled session, we will notify you in writing as soon as possible and arrange a replacement date mutually agreed upon within 45 days of the original appointment. If PLC is unable to provide the service within that period, a refund will be issued for the undelivered service. Refunds Payments are nonrefundable except where a refund is expressly provided for under this policy or required by applicable law. By booking a service with Pink Leaf Consulting, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
