This one-on-one session is all about getting to the heart of your business needs. We’ll dive right into one key area of your business—based on your specific needs—ensuring you’re ready to take on engagement season with confidence. In this 90-minute strategy session, we’ll focus on one area of your business that will have the biggest impact. Here’s what we can work on: -Audit of Your Current Services: Together, we’ll assess what's working and identify opportunities to refine your services so they align more closely with your clients’ evolving needs. - Refining Your Processes: If you’re feeling bogged down in the details, we’ll streamline your workflows so you can operate with ease—even during your busiest times. -Optimizing Your Client Experience: We’ll work on creating a seamless, exceptional client experience from inquiry to consultation, so you can keep clients happy and stress levels low. Strategic Planning: We’ll map out a clear and actionable plan so you can confidently tackle engagement season—no guesswork required!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Refunds If cancellation becomes necessary and is done in writing at a minimum of 72 hours prior to our scheduled session we will rebook your session with 30 days of the original date at no additional fee, otherwise all payments and deposits are forfeited. If cancellation is necessary and PLC needs to cancel we will advise in writing as soon as possible. We will rebook, the next mutually agreed upon date within a 30 day time period. Refunds are not available, When we accept your appointment we hold a space on our calendar for you.
